VPNGuest provides international routes and subscription configurations for cross-border access, covering 100+ countries and 170+ routes. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Check the user panel for available routes, client access, and subscription status.

This service provides network connectivity and does not include accounts, memberships, or content licenses for third-party websites. Access to international websites remains subject to each platform's regional, account, and usage requirements. A working route does not guarantee that every third-party feature will be available, nor does it guarantee continuous access to any particular platform.

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details and subscription configuration secure. Your subscription URL is an account credential and should not be shared publicly. If you discover a credential leak or unusual use, stop sharing the configuration and address the issue through the user panel.

An account supports unlimited devices online at the same time for the account holder's personal use. This does not permit account sharing, distributing subscriptions to others, reselling routes, or using the service as a commercial relay. Account holders are responsible for managing activity on their devices.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; the price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into remaining days. Data packs remain available until used and never expire. Before choosing, review the package details and do not confuse the traffic rules for different billing options.

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and any regions relevant to their use of the service, as well as the rules of the platforms they access. Do not use the service for illegal activity or to infringe on another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.

Using routes for network attacks, distributing malicious software, fraud, unauthorized data collection, or disrupting other users' connections is prohibited. Do not abuse service resources with abnormal requests. Users are responsible for the content they submit, transmit, or access. Network connectivity does not replace any required content license.

Connection quality depends on factors such as your local network, device configuration, carrier routing, and the status of the destination website. Maintenance, route changes, or third-party failures may cause temporary interruptions. The service does not guarantee uninterrupted connections, a fixed speed, or how a particular website determines your region.

If you encounter an issue, first check your client and local network, then submit the necessary diagnostic details through a support ticket. Do not include your password or complete subscription credentials. To the extent permitted by law, the service is not liable for losses caused by restrictions imposed by third-party platforms, user configuration errors, or force majeure. This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel support ticket, identifying the relevant order and stating your refund request so we can verify the payment record. You do not need to provide proof of poor service performance.

Refund progress and verification will be discussed through the support ticket; no fixed processing time is promised on this page. Once the refund is completed, the benefits of the corresponding paid service end. Verification is used to confirm the order and account ownership and does not change the full refund policy stated above. Statutory consumer rights are not affected by this section.

In cases of unlawful use, resale or sharing, attacks on the service, or other serious violations of these terms, VPNGuest may restrict connections, suspend subscriptions, or terminate accounts. If you disagree with an action, explain the circumstances through a support ticket and request a review. These actions do not exclude any rights users may have under applicable law.

When service rules change, this page will be updated with the revised terms and date. Important changes affecting subscriptions will be announced on the website or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce statutory rights that have already arisen. If you have questions about a change or cannot accept it, pause any new use and contact us through a support ticket.
