Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what information VPNGuest processes when visitors browse the website, manage accounts and use subscription services, why it is used, and how visitors can make data requests. Handling account and billing information is separate from recording browsing activity during network acceleration.

Account and Order Data

No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. An email address is not required to open an account. Account details are used to identify the account, verify sign-ins and manage subscriptions. Keep your username and password secure, and do not submit your password or full login credentials in a support ticket.

Order records include the selected plan, order status, payment result, data allowance and refund processing information. They are used to provide the subscription, verify payments and resolve billing disputes. Data allowance and usage summaries are used for plan billing, not to reconstruct the websites visited or browsing content.

Descriptions of issues, attachments and replies submitted through support tickets are used to handle the request. Share only information needed to investigate the issue. Redact credentials, sensitive payment details and unrelated personal information from screenshots.

No Logs

VPNGuest does not record which websites users visit, store browsing content or destinations, keep connection logs that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity, or build individual browsing histories. Activity logs are not retained for subscription delivery, billing or customer support.

Temporary session state needed while a connection is active is used only to complete the connection and is not kept as a historical connection log. Account status, data usage summaries and order records are service management data and do not contain details of individual visits.

The no-logs policy describes the scope of VPNGuest's data processing. It does not mean that external websites, payment services or other software on your device will not process information they receive.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Analytics on the marketing website help us understand page visits, referral sources and entry-point clicks so we can improve content and workflows. Website analytics and browsing activity on international routes are separate matters; the former should not be understood as a record of users' visits to international websites.

If cookies are used, they support session or analytics purposes. Local storage saves sign-in status and interface preferences such as language. If your browser saves login credentials, anyone who can use that browser may be able to access the account. Sign out after using a shared device.

Visitors can manage cookies and clear website storage in their browser settings. After clearing storage, you may need to sign in again or reselect preferences. This does not automatically delete account or order records held on the server.

Third-Party Payments and Information Sharing

Supported payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the selected payment channel or the relevant third party, whose pages may collect information needed to complete a transaction under their own policies. Verify the recipient details before paying and review the relevant provider's privacy information.

VPNGuest uses the payment result and transaction reference information needed to verify orders. Visitors are not asked to provide payment passwords through support tickets. When resolving refunds or payment issues, submit only the necessary order documentation.

Data processing is limited to what is necessary to provide the service, meet applicable obligations and resolve disputes. When external services are involved, VPNGuest's data processing responsibilities should be distinguished from those of the relevant service.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account details are retained for as long as needed to maintain the account and subscription. Order, refund and support ticket records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service, reconcile accounts, resolve disputes and meet applicable retention obligations; there is no single fixed retention period for all data. When a purpose has been fulfilled and further retention is unnecessary, data should be deleted or anonymized.

To access, correct or delete account details, sign in to the user panel and describe the scope of your request through the support ticket portal. We may need to verify account ownership before processing your request. Records related to open orders, disputes or retention obligations may not be eligible for immediate deletion; if so, the reason for retention should be explained.

Deleting an account may affect future sign-ins, subscription use and access to past orders. Clearing browser storage, stopping use of the service and requesting account deletion are separate actions.

Policy Updates and Contact Requests

Policy changes will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Significant changes to processing purposes or scope will be explained as appropriate before they take effect. Where consent is required, it will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.

If you have questions about this policy or a data request, contact us through a support ticket after signing in. For subscription use and refund terms, also see the Terms of Service. This policy focuses on information processing and does not replace the terms of a transaction.
